A document is counted once when it is uploaded and processed through either the Document Chat vectorization or the Invoice Extraction JSON pipeline. Once indexed, you can chat with it as many times as you like without incurring additional document charges.
If you process more than your active tier's limit, you will be notified in your dashboard. Extraction pipelines will temporarily pause until your billing cycle resets, or you can instantly upgrade your tier for continued access.
