Enterprise & Annual Plans
For clients on custom Enterprise Context tiers or committed annual billing cycles, standard 14-day refunds do not apply after the initial pilot phase has concluded.
Refunds or account credits for Enterprise clients are provided strictly pro-rata, and only in the event of a documented, unmet Service Level Agreement (SLA) as defined in your specific deployment contract.
