1. Data Collection
We collect business information (company name, domain, and email) to provide your AI services. We also log chat history to enforce our 100-message monthly limits.
2. AI Data Usage
Information uploaded to our Vector Knowledge Base (PDFs/Web Crawls) is isolated per tenant. Your data is never used to train our base AI models for other customers.
3. Security
We store data on encrypted VPS instances with nightly backups. Database access is restricted to authenticated administrators only.
