Unlike cloud-first AI providers, Jammetry AI processes your documents 100% locally using our proprietary Llama-swap infrastructure. We guarantee that we do not transmit your proprietary files, invoices, or queried data to external servers or third-party AI APIs for inference.

This "Privacy-by-Design" architecture ensures that your trade secrets, financial records, and internal communications never cross a public network boundary.

2. Data Collection & Usage

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to maintain your account and billing. This includes your name, corporate email, and encrypted payment details.

We never "mine", read, or use your uploaded documents to train our AI models.

3. Data Protection & Deletion

• Encryption: All data at rest within your local or dedicated deployment is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
• Access Control: Access to the Jammetry control plane is secured via strict Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Permanent Deletion: You maintain full control over your data. Deleting a document, invoice, or workspace results in immediate, permanent, and unrecoverable removal from our storage clusters.
