1. License & Acceptable Use

Jammetry AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for processing your corporate data, bounded by the document limits of your active subscription tier.

You agree not to reverse-engineer our Llama-swap engine, attempt to bypass our local security protocols, or use the platform for adversarial extraction of data you do not explicitly own or have the rights to process.

2. Output Ownership & AI Limitations

• 100% Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all intellectual property generated by our AI based on your inputs and uploaded documents.
• Hallucination Notice: While our RAG engine is highly optimized, Large Language Models can occasionally generate inaccurate or "hallucinated" data. All extracted financial figures and summaries should be verified by a human expert before use in critical operations.

3. Liability & Compliance

Jammetry AI provides a secure extraction and chat pipeline, but we are not liable for business, financial, or legal decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or extracted JSON arrays.

As the data controller, you are strictly responsible for ensuring that your data processing complies with your local laws and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA for PHI, GDPR, SOC2).
